Pallavi Cherukapally |  MD

Dr. Cherukapally is an interventionalist who specializes in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Maintaining an active lifestyle throughout high school and college through sports inspired Dr. Cherukapally to obtain her medical degree from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. She then completed an internship at Catholic Health Partners in Internal Medicine. Additionally, she completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital and Care Network. Currently, Dr. Cherukapally is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabiliation.
